Shipping & Returns

 Returns Policy - Stock Items

We guarantee all our products and are committed to your satisfaction! 

Our customers are our most important asset, and if our products do not fulfill your expectations, we would like to be the first to know. 

You may return most new, resalable condition items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Custom Items

All custom items may be returned if there is a defect, we try best to avoid this and will send lots of pictures to the customer.

There are a couple stages we follow for custom orders: 
Product is partially complete or ready for Initials, pictures are taken from several angles for customer's approval.
Once painting or dying has been completed more pictures for customers approval.
Final assembly and ready for shipping.

For items over $200 we will ask for a 25% deposit before beginning fabrication.

Feedback & Product Review

I would love to see only positive feedback but that is unrealistic, please give us a chance to make things correct before posting any negative feedback


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship via Canada Post and UPS and strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, which means most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed.

Condursal Z1100 is a hazardous good and as such must be shipped by UPS or similar carrier.

If there are items unavailable or on back order, we will contact you promptly.

If you are an International customer, please contact us prior to using the shopping cart, as not all shipping methods are suitable for all products. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


American Customers

If you have problems during checkout and see a notification to contact myself then you have run into a problem with PayPal and your Bank.

With many American banks having fraud protection which blocks out of Country sales, the fastest way to deal with this is to make purchases from your PayPal Balance and not directly from your bank account.
